Team Leader – Community Alarm & TEC Service

South Lanarkshire Council is seeking a Team Leader to head the Community Alarm Service in Cambuslang, guiding a 24/7 TEC and responder operation. The role requires significant management experience in care at home or social care, with a focus on leadership, partnerships and change management.
