Deputy Care Home Manager – Clinical Nursing Lead

Bupa is recruiting a Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager for Richmond Witney Village in Witney, Oxfordshire. You will work with the Home Manager to lead the care team in delivering person-centred care to residents in a 63-bedroom home.

You will oversee nursing care, maintain accurate electronic care plans and medication records, and ensure staffing levels through rotas. The role requires an NMC-registered nurse and strong leadership to champion independence and dignity.
