You will work with senior lawyers to progress deals from credit sanction to completion across sectors such as sport, real estate, renewables, and healthcare. The role offers hands-on experience drafting loan documentation, managing security packages, and coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
- Draft loan agreements and security documentation
- Manage conditions precedent and drawdown processes
- Liaise with clients to progress transactions
- Collaborate with corporate, commercial, property and construction teams
- Support post-completion tasks and transaction management
- Engage in business development and client events
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- NQ-2 PQE in banking & finance or strong transactional experience
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with proactive approach
- Organised and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
