Associate Solicitor – Property Litigation – Bristol

Overview

In this role you support a Tier 1 property litigation team advising on high-value disputes across England & Wales. You collaborate with national and international clients to manage risk and steer disputes through pre-action, mediation, arbitration, or court litigation. You will develop broad skills within a dynamic, collaborative culture that values quality of work and work-life balance. Responsibilities

• advise on complex and high-value property disputes
• manage risk and asset management at pre-action stage
• guide clients through mediations, arbitrations, and contested litigation
• work with national and international organisations on property matters
• contribute to a pragmatic, outcome-focused approach across real estate and litigation teams

Key requirements

• Experience in high quality commercial litigation (High Court or arbitration bodies)
• SRA registered solicitor
