Technology Operations Analyst

Overview

In this Technology Operations role you will work as a generalist across data, process improvement and operational coordination to support engineering health and governance. You’ll own recurring reporting end-to-end and interact with senior managers to explain analyses and influence decisions. The role involves supporting efficiency initiatives and maintaining operational hygiene and resilience, with day‑to‑day ownership of process and governance tasks. You’ll collaborate across technology teams to connect metrics, processes and governance, driving practical improvements. Responsibilities

• Owning recurring operational and productivity reporting end-to-end
• Engaging directly with senior managers on ad hoc data requests
• Supporting operational effectiveness initiatives such as process redesign
• Holding day-to-day ownership of operational hygiene and resilience tasks
• Flagging emerging issues back to the Operations Director
• Building strong relationships across technology teams

Key requirements

• Generalist across data work, process improvement and operational coordination
• Experience owning and delivering analytical work end-to-end
• Understanding of AI-enabled development with sound judgement on application
• Systems thinking to connect metrics, processes and governance
• Strong communication skills with senior managers
• Ability to work through ambiguous problems
• Practical experience in business analytics or operations in a fast-paced environment
