Responsibilities

• Work on M&A, private equity, and investment transactions
• Handle corporate restructures and governance matters
• Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements and commercial arrangements
• Support senior lawyers on high-value deals
• Manage own matters with appropriate supervision
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development

Key requirements

• Around 3 years PQE in corporate law
• Strong drafting and technical skills
• Confidence communicating with clients and managing transactions
• Proactive, commercially minded approach
• Excellent attention to detail
