Responsibilities

• Advise on residential development acquisitions and disposals
• Handle strategic land matters including promotion and option agreements
• Manage affordable housing transactions
• Draft and negotiate development agreements and conditional contracts
• Oversee overage, easements and related property arrangements
• Conduct title investigations and due diligence
• Support major development projects throughout their lifecycle

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Real Estate
• Experience handling residential development and/or strategic land matters
• Strong technical knowledge and drafting ability
• Commercially focused with pragmatic client advisory approach
• Experience with developers, landowners, housebuilders, or registered providers desirable
• Enthusiastic about business development and building long-term client relationships
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
