Anthropologie Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

Overview

As a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, you will help shape the Anthropologie visual identity for digital and print. You collaborate with the Design Manager and the Creative team to deliver campaign assets and brand-aligned visuals. You work across campaigns, emails, social content, and print-ready files to meet deadlines and support store and CRM initiatives. This role offers growth and exposure to cross-functional projects in a global brand. You will contribute to evolving a distinctive, cohesive brand experience across territories.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing brand visuals for digital and print
• Collaborate with the wider creative and studio teams on campaigns
• Create multiple design solutions and present concepts to briefs
• Manage deadlines and priorities across several projects
• Support PR, Marketing, and CRM teams with assets for campaigns and events
• Prepare and translate emails and assets for Anthropologie territories
• Design social content and digital site assets for seasonal campaigns
• Liaise with printers and production teams to ensure print-ready files
• Participate in weekly critiques and maintain clear communication with brief managers
• Provide ad hoc design support including last-minute requests

Key requirements

• Experience in a design firm or in-house design department
• Portfolio showcasing digital design capability
• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; experience with Figma and After Effects a plus
• Knowledge of print design and production
• Excellent typography and versatile style adaptability
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to generate multiple design concepts and receive feedback
• Strong organizational and time management skills
