Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary project team focusing on safety, quality, programme performance and client satisfaction
• Be responsible for on-time, on-budget delivery of a major infrastructure project with high quality
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, supply chain partners and stakeholders through clear leadership and communication
• Manage commercial performance, risk, and programme delivery, seeking efficiency, innovation, and sustainable outcomes
• Champion continuous improvement and digital construction tools and MMC, while mentoring high-performing teams

Key requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering projects valued at 20m+
• Strong leadership, commercial and financial management skills
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management
• SMSTS and an appropriate CSCS Card
• HNC in construction-related discipline; CIOB desirable
