Pay / Benefits

• base salary 45-55k plus bonus
• field-based opportunities with meal and broadband allowance

Responsibilities

• coaching and development of operators to maximise performance
• building and managing relationships with a range of stakeholders
• driving business development initiatives across multi-site pubs
• engaging with regional teams to align with Star Pubs objectives
• exploring property investment opportunities within the portfolio
