Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions across a range of projects
• Lead highway design and drainage design activities
• Implement sustainable drainage systems (SuDS)
• Conduct flood risk assessments and risk analysis
• Oversee design work and contribute to project delivery
• Develop practical, sustainable solutions from assessment through to design
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues and external consultants

Key requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ Civil Engineering experience with the same consultancy
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in highway design, drainage design and infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and relevant civil engineering design software
• ICE membership or working towards professional accreditation is desirable
• The full right to work in the UK
• A full UK driving licence
• Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham office
