Inventory First Line Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead warehouse operations at DHL Supply Chain, ensuring stock integrity and efficient daily performance. You will align with customer expectations and manage stakeholder communications to keep operations smooth. You’ll drive stock control, reporting, and SOP compliance while guiding a frontline team. This is a hands-on leadership role in a global logistics leader, offering scope to shape inventory accuracy and team performance at scale.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock integrity and minimize stock loss liabilities
• Prepare reports and ensure SOP and local requirement compliance
• Communicate work practices and procedures to the team
• Meet and exceed customer expectations through operational excellence
• Represent effective communication with colleagues, team members, and internal customers

Key requirements

• Previous Inventory Line Manager experience
• Experience with managing inventory
• Proficiency with WMS and transactional data (ideally)
• IT literate with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving ability
• Natural leadership with excellent communication skills
