Overview

In this role you will design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn solutions, guiding clients through discovery, design, deployment, and optimization. You act as a trusted advisor, shaping talent transformation programs for large organisations. You will lead workshops, translate business needs into scalable designs, and mentor colleagues to strengthen the Oracle Cloud community. Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and advise on Oracle HCM leading practices
• Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn solutions
• Deliver solution demonstrations and design playback sessions
• Translate business requirements into scalable system designs
• Produce high-quality functional documentation and solution workbooks
• Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
• Mentor colleagues and support growth of the Oracle Cloud community
• Drive successful delivery across implementation and transformation programmes

Key requirements

• Proven expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn
• Experience delivering multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Strong workshop facilitation skills across design, configuration, testing, and validation phases
• Experience implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows
• Ability to provide functional leadership and strategic guidance to clients
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities
