Responsibilities

• Own priority projects from definition to delivery, translating strategic goals into milestones and outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive momentum and shared accountability
• Provide concise, decision-ready updates on progress, risks, dependencies and next steps
• Identify delivery challenges early and resolve issues to protect outcomes
• Improve project delivery by standardising ways of working and leveraging AI/digital tools to reduce admin
• Balance complex requirements with pragmatic approaches to keep multiple workstreams moving
• Spot risks and dependencies and manage them proactively
• Champion simpler, smarter project delivery methods

Key requirements

• Proven track record of leading complex projects and translating priorities into delivery plans
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Hands-on, practical approach to structuring work and managing risks/dependencies
• Curiosity about how AI and digital tools can streamline delivery and decision-making
