Senior Agile Delivery Manager

Overview

In this role, you will lead on-site delivery teams to ensure motivation, collaboration, and effective work of cross-functional members. You’ll identify and remove obstacles, manage risks and dependencies, and keep the team focused on delivering value. You’ll coach and mentor members in agile and lean practices while building strong relationships with stakeholders. This position offers opportunities to influence client outcomes, scale delivery capability, and grow as a leader within a supportive, mission-driven consultancy.

• Build and maintain on-site delivery teams, ensuring motivation and strong teamwork

• Keep the team focused on delivering the product or service
• Encourage and drive continuous improvement of the delivery team
• Coach and mentor team members in appropriate agile/lean tools and techniques
• Develop strong relationships with team and stakeholders
