On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Senior Full Stack React/Java Developer (Credit Trading) for a 6 months contract based in London (Hybrid 3 times per week in the office).
Purpose of the role:
As Full Stack Engineer, you will lead UI initiatives, contribute directly to software development, and partner closely with traders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver innovative trading solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Design, develop and enhance Front Office trading applications.
- Lead and drive UI development initiatives across the Credit Trading platform.
- Work closely with traders and business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
- Deliver full-stack solutions with a strong emphasis on modern React-based Front End development.
- Manage the rollout and release of new functionality to the Credit Flow business.
- Contribute to strategic technology decisions, UI architecture and platform evolution.
- Ensure applications meet security, audit and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams across multiple locations.
The skills you’ll need:
- Proven experience developing trading applications within an Investment Banking environment.
- Strong understanding of trading systems, trading workflows and financial markets.
- Previous experience in a similar Front Office technology role.
- Strong full-stack engineering background with significant experience in: React, Java, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML/CSS
- Experience building highly responsive, Real Time user interfaces.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
