Job Description Corporate Tax SpecialistFaversham, Kent | £80,000–£120,000 DOEn Fresh People are recruiting an experienced Corporate Tax Specialist to join a highly regarded and growing professional services and advisory firm in Faversham. n This is a senior, advisory-led opportunity for an experienced corporate tax professional who wants greater client ownership, influence and progression. The firm works with owner-managed businesses and corporate groups, including clients with international interests, and offers a genuinely varied tax environment. n The opportunity could suit an established Senior Manager or Director, or someone at a similar level who is looking for a clearer route to senior leadership. The Rolen You will take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients while providing high-level technical and commercial tax advice, including: n n Corporate tax planning and advisory n Complex owner-managed businesses and corporate groups n Business and group restructurings n International tax matters n Tax compliance, planning and risk n Advising clients on commercially practical tax solutions n Managing client relationships and identifying new opportunities n Reviewing complex work and providing technical support n Coaching and developing more junior tax professionals n Working collaboratively across the firm’s wider advisory services n About Youn n ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified n CTA advantageous but not essential n Strong corporate tax experience within accountancy practice or professional services n Operating at Senior Manager level or above, or ready to make that step n Strong technical knowledge combined with an advisory-led approach n Experience working with owner-managed businesses and/or corporate groups n Some exposure to international tax would be advantageous n Commercial, confident and comfortable advising clients directly n The Opportunityn This is a senior appointment ,significant client exposure and the opportunity to develop your career within a growing advisory-led firm. n For someone currently sitting below Partner level who is looking for greater autonomy, influence and long-term progression, this could be a particularly interesting move. n In the first instance forward your CV via email to Fresh People n n JBRP1_UKTJ
