Job Description Bookkeeping/Outsourcing Manager – Liverpool City Centre We are seeking an Outsourcing/Bookkeeping Manager and/or Supervisor for a dynamic and extremely reputable Firm of Accountants based in Liverpool City Centre.n nIf you are currently working within a Firm of Accountants in the Liverpool/Greater Liverpool Area and considering your next move, this is a super opportunity!n nPlease see details below:n Duties n n Lead and manage a diverse outsourcing portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for clients. n Oversee and sign off bookkeeping, VAT returns, management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close. n Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities for outsourced projects. n Ensure all client deliverables meet SLAs, statutory deadlines, and compliance with UK GAAP and HMRC rules. n Present management accounts with commentary, insights, and recommendations to support client decision-making. n Manage and develop outsourcing seniors and juniors, including capacity planning, performance reviews, and training. n Drive process improvements, standardisation, and automation across outsourced finance operations. n Oversee system implementation and optimisation projects. n Monitor budgets, profitability, WIP, billing, and service scope to ensure commercial performance. n Identify and deliver advisory opportunities such as process enhancement, reporting improvements, and finance function transformation. n Should this role be of interest, please forward your CV confidentially and we will be in touch.n n JBRP1_UKTJ
