Job Description Our client is a well-established carpentry and joinery specialist delivering high-quality work in construction.n n n Managing and coordinating the door journey process with close coordination with the relevant suppliers and the client’s design team to ensure all third-party certification and performance requirements relating to fire, acoustic and security performance are fully satisfied, documented and demonstratable to the client. n Coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors; leading design reviews; preparing and checking drawings, specifications, and technical documentation; and providing guidance to internal design and project teams. n Collaborating closely with estimating, production, and site teams to resolve design issues, manage design changes, and support efficient project delivery. n Maintaining design standards, implementing best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement in design workflows and tools. n n n n Extensive experience and knowledge in carpentry and joinery, specifically door scheduling n Ability to work closely with clients and suppliers is a must. n Generating consistency and control from design to delivery. n Managing the coordination of components and interfaces. n Have a strong understanding of legislation and compliance. n Vast knowledge of product suitability and compatibility of components. n Cross sector experience and knowledge preferred. n Confidence working with technical drawings and specifications. n Solid understanding of building regulations, industry standards, materials, and construction methods relevant to joinery and fit-out work. n Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams. n n n n Benefits n n n- Remember: You should never send money to a prospective employer or disclose any financial information.
