Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Renfrew to hire a Financial Controller on a permanent basis.

n

This Financial Controller position will be broad role with oversight of the following key responsibilities:

n

n
• Financial Reporting: ownership of day-to day finance, including statutory reporting, month end close, management of interim & year end audits, and oversight of Tax/Treasury. Oversee the production of all management information reports including monthly P&Ls, balance sheet, supplementary monthly cost reports and weekly sales and profit analysis

n

• Providing management information, compliance reports and being the main point of contact for banking

n

• Line management of Payroll function and Management Accountant with overall responsibility for the wider finance function, coaching and development

n

• Business Partnering: fostering strong relationships with finance and non-finance senior stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

n

• Management Reporting: responsible for all financial accounting matters

n

• Statutory Reporting: ensuring that all statutory requirements are met

n
