Inside IR35

Content Designer required to join a leading UK Brand on a hybrid contract in the Midlands or East Sussex,

Rates Inside IR35, Hybrid role & long term engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead content design for digital services, creating clear, accessible and engaging content.
Simplify complex language and processes, encouraging users with varying levels of digital confidence to use online services.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, user researchers, product managers, business analysts and stakeholders.
Research subject matter, consult experts, draft content, test user understanding and refine content based on feedback.
Work effectively within an agile delivery team, building relationships with internal colleagues and external providers.

Skills and Experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in web content writing and digital environments.
Strong understanding of user-centred design, accessibility and usability.
Experience using metrics and user feedback to improve content.
Ability to select appropriate formats to present information clearly.
Experience with content management and publishing systems.
Proficiency in Markdown

Open to candidates within the UK who can travel within the Midlands or East Sussex region.
