You’ll join a live services engineering team, developing and supporting Scala-based microservices and APIs while contributing to technology projects.
Key duties:
Strong commercial experience with Scala and functional programming is essential. Experience developing microservices, working with the Play Framework, building APIs and supporting production services is highly desirable.

You’ll join a live services engineering team, developing and supporting Scala-based microservices and APIs while contributing to technology projects.
Key duties:
- Design, develop and enhance Scala-based microservices.
- Build clean, efficient and testable Back End services and APIs.
- Work with the Play Framework and functional programming principles.
- Collaborate with developers, testers and product teams in an Agile environment.
- Support live production services, troubleshoot issues and maintain service reliability.
- Contribute to code quality, testing and continuous improvement.

- Good understanding of functional programming principles.
