CTA & ACCA/ACA qualification required & 4 years’ post-qualification experience or more within a mid-tier firm in a mixed tax role, including M&A experience.
The Opportunity
You’ll be involved in delivering and implementing corporate tax planning while gaining exposure to M&A transactions and, depending on your experience, estate planning.
You’ll work alongside broader tax and accounting teams, giving you the opportunity to contribute to joined-up advisory and compliance work within a growing firm.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver and implement corporate tax planning work
- Support the delivery of M&A transactions
- Get involved in estate planning and implementation, depending on experience
- Identify tax planning opportunities for clients
- Communicate with HM Revenue & Customs when required
- Collaborate with wider tax and accounting teams across advisory and compliance
- 3 years’ post-qualification experience in a mid-tier firm
- Mixed-tax background with M&A experience
- Track record of working effectively with technical professionals
- Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and Excel skills
- Ability to communicate and present information concisely
