Contract QS – Tunnelling & Civils, On-site North Wales

Solution Search Limited – Civils & Rail in Wales seeks a freelance Quantity Surveyor to join a major tunnelling and civils scheme in Porthmadog. The role is 5 days on site, initial 3 months with likely extension after Christmas.

You will oversee subcontractor accounts, issue payments, handle applications for payments, compensation events, and CVRs/cost reporting. Rate is negotiable and Outside IR35; site offices, on-site work commitment.
