Tulloch Homes (part of The Springfield Group) currently has vacancies for Scaffolding Person in Attendance to work within our construction division.
n

Working in a permanent full time role, you will have key responsibilities which will include areas such as:
n
· Working alongside scaffolders as an assistant/person in attendance.
n
· Undergo scaffold checks.
n
· Moving and repositioning hop ups and access equipment.
n
· Ensuring our Health and Safety compliance standards are met.
n
· Assisting with scaffold materials and general site duties.
n
· Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe.
n
· Moving materials on site and supporting the wider construction team.
n

The successful candidates will preferably be qualified to:
n
· Experience working alongside scaffolders.
n
· Part 2 Scaffold certification.
n
· Comfortable with manual handling and physical site work.
n
· Previous construction/housebuilding experience.
n
· Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
n
· Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
n
· CSCS card preferred.
n
n
