Cammach is currently recruiting for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to join a leading UK North Sea Oil & Gas Operator based in Aberdeen. Agency Worker / PAYE

ROLE

n

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven project leader with extensive SAP expertise and a strong background in the upstream oil and gas sector to play a key role in delivering complex digital transformation programmes.

n

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale SAP projects, driving business transformation and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

n

RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation programme.

n

• Coordinate internal teams, business subject matter experts and external implementation partners to achieve successful outcomes.

n

• Ensure project plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery risks are actively managed and communicated.

n

• Drive testing, data migration, cutover and go-live readiness activities to support a successful transition.

n

• Provide leadership and challenge to delivery partners, holding them accountable for quality, performance and delivery commitments.

n

• Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement across the

n

REQUIREMENTS

n

n
• Significant SAP ERP project management experience, including large-scale SAP S/4HANA deployments.

n

• Strong background delivering technology transformation projects within the upstream oil and gas sector.

n

• Experience across key business functions including Finance, Joint Venture Accounting, Supply Chain, Materials Management and Asset or Maintenance Management.

n

• Demonstrated success managing system integrators and complex multi-stakeholder delivery environments.

n

• Strong planning, risk management, governance and resource coordination capabilities.

n

• A collaborative leadership style with high levels of integrity, professionalism and stakeholder credibility.
