Reservations & Guest Experience Specialist

The Commercial Hotel is seeking a proactive Sales Support Associate to help our Central Sales Team respond to enquiries by phone, email or website. Based at our Support Office in Howwood, you will assist in securing appointments and managing room sales, restaurant bookings, spa sales and Gift/e-Voucher administration across venues.

You will work closely with a team, using MS Office and delivering excellent communication to build relationships and accuracy in every task.
