Primark Norwich is seeking a Team Manager to lead our store team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will manage daily operations, drive sales, and ensure visual standards while coaching colleagues.

You’ll collaborate with the management team, organise tasks, develop your people through coaching and digital learning, and uphold our inclusive, people-first culture.
