Cystic Fibrosis Trust is seeking an Helpline Officer to deliver high‑quality information and support to people affected by cystic fibrosis across the UK, via phone, email, social media and online channels.

You will respond with empathy, signpost to welfare and support services, maintain accurate records and help keep our online communities safe and welcoming, whether you work from home or in our London office.
