Leisure Centre Front Desk & Member Services

North Yorkshire Council is seeking a reception-focused role within the Active North Yorkshire team. The post holder will be the first point of contact for leisure centre visitors, providing excellent customer care and handling a range of administrative tasks in line with council procedures.

You will operate the telephone system, manage enquiries, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a customer-focused culture, including membership sales and GDPR-compliant data handling.
