Job Description:
NHS Scotland is seeking a Switchboard Operator to support a 24/7/365 centralised service based at Lauriston Building in Edinburgh and St John’s Hospital. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls, manage Telephony and Paging calls and assist with urgent medical emergencies.
The role requires working a rotating roster including days, nights, weekends, evenings and public holidays. Full training and ongoing support provided.
