Civica’s Democracy team is seeking an Electoral Consultant to support local authorities using our Xpress electoral software. You’ll be the first point of contact, helping customers resolve queries, troubleshoot issues and get the most from our products.
This role suits someone who enjoys problem solving, working with customers and being part of a team that supports vital democratic services. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required during busy election periods.
