Reservations & Events Specialist (Hospitality)

Future Inn Cardiff is seeking a Reservations Assistant to manage daily reservations, group bookings, and conference events. You will report to Sales Manager, handle restaurant, afternoon tea and dinner bookings, and process inquiries in a hands-on role.

Experience in reservations and Opera is desirable, but full training will be provided. You will deliver excellent service, aim to meet KPI targets, upsell, and maintain accurate booking records.
