Remote RTA Claims Litigator (Fast Track)

CRA Legal is recruiting an RTA Claims Litigator in Birmingham to run a portfolio of claimant RTA files, including non-infant Fast Track matters. You will manage claims through the MOJ Portal and progress to litigation where required, reviewing liability and quantum as part of settlements.

You will handle medical evidence assessment, settlement negotiations and client communications, delivering a high standard of service within a proactive team environment.
