Hybrid Litigation Employment Paralegal

Shoosmiths is seeking a proactive paralegal to gain hands-on experience in complex employment litigation. You will immerse yourself in claimants’ employment histories, attend witness meetings, assist with defence documentation, and analyse the wider litigation landscape.

The role is hybrid, based mainly in Edinburgh with three days in the office, and opportunities to work from home on other days. You will build networks across the firm and develop commercial and legal skills.
