Palliative Care Counsellor — Bereavement & Family Support

Farleigh Hospice is seeking a highly motivated counsellor to join our Wellbeing Service. You will provide compassionate, evidence-informed counselling to adult patients, family members and carers, before and after bereavement, within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

You will work with a varied caseload including complex grief, family-related challenges, and anticipatory grief, contributing to assessment, formulation and outcome monitoring while supporting service development.
