Kingfisher in London Paddington is seeking a Colleague Experience Co-ordinator to enhance the colleague journey across Group Functions. You will coordinate the annual belonging calendar with affinity networks and help create a positive onboarding experience.
You’ll manage the KUDOS platform, keep SharePoint pages current, support Colleague Forum meetings and surveys, and gather feedback to strengthen voice, participation and continuous improvement.
