Licensing Services Advisor

Oldham Council is seeking a Licensing Technical Support Officer to join the Public Protection Licensing Team. You will provide technical and administrative support across licensing functions, helping applications to be processed efficiently and accurately in line with legislation and council policies.

You will be a key contact for customers, offering advice through telephone, email, correspondence and face-to-face interactions, while ensuring records, payments and data handling meet standards
