Disabled Children’s Social Worker – Hybrid Role & Growth

City of York Council is seeking a compassionate social worker to join the Disabled Children’s Team in York. The role involves developing bespoke care packages for children with complex disabilities, embedding Building Brighter Futures, and applying a Signs of Safety model with ongoing training.

You’ll supervise and report on plans, engage with families, and work in a hybrid setup with Beehive Short Breaks Centre as a base.
