Part-Time People Leader — HR & Culture for Impact

akt seeks a part-time Head of People to lead, develop and manage akt’s People function, ensuring compliant HR systems, policies and procedures across the charity. The role reports to the Director of People and Operations and line manages a part-time People Officer.

It is based in Manchester or London, 28 hours per week, with a salary of £32,948 per annum (pro rata) based on a full-time equivalent of £41,185.34 per year.
