Trauma-Informed School Social Worker – SEMH & ASC

Monarch Education is recruiting a dedicated School Social Worker in Bolton to support pupils aged 11-16 with SEMH needs and ASC within a trauma-informed school environment. You will work with families, external agencies and a pastoral team to deliver targeted interventions, build trust and promote attendance and wellbeing.

The role involves safeguarding, assessments and coordinated support plans, with a view to long-term progression through a temp-to-perm arrangement in a specialist setting.
