Senior IPS Employment Lead & Team Coach

The Forward Trust is seeking a Senior Employment Specialist / Team Leader to guide a team of IPS Employment Specialists delivering personalised employment support across multiple areas. You will supervise, coach and mentor staff while maintaining a proportionate caseload and driving strong job outcomes.

You will build strong employer relationships, develop opportunities within labour markets and collaborate with health and local partners to create a joined-up service.
