On‑Site HR Lead — People & Culture Champion

ABP UK is seeking an HR Officer to lead the on-site HR function at Guildford. The role covers a full generalist remit across recruitment, employee relations, wellbeing, absence management, payroll inputs and HR analytics, for around 60 staff.

You will advise site managers, ensure policy compliance, and work with central HR and L&D teams to implement the People Strategy while driving local process improvements.
