2 Sisters Food Group in Carlisle is seeking a Development Chef to support our existing product range and drive improvement across development processes. Working with the NPD and EPD teams, you will help maintain and enhance our portfolio while ensuring quality and taste.

This hands-on role focuses on recipe recreation, cost optimisation and salt reductions without compromising flavour or quality, across multiple projects in a busy environment.
