Employee Relations Coach for Industrial Operations

Nicholas Associates Group is recruiting an experienced ER Advisor to join our HR team on site, with occasional travel to other sites in the region. You will support a workforce of around 500 in a fast-paced industrial environment, focusing on employee relations, coaching and the development of management capability.

You will coach line managers, handle complex ER cases, design practical training, and drive a proactive, consistent approach to employee relations across sites.
