Impact Local Government Graduate Trainee

Brent Council offers a two-year local graduate scheme through Impact, a national management trainee programme. Cohort 29 starts autumn 2027 for Brent residents or those with a local connection, with three placements and a funded learning path toward a Chartered Management Institute qualification.

Based at Brent Civic Centre, the scheme emphasises public service, leadership development and a strong mentor network, with a flexible, diverse working environment and progression opportunities.
