Site-Based HR & Onboarding Coordinator

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking an HR Coordinator to join a busy HR team. This site-based role supports a workforce of over 500 across multiple UK locations, with a Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm schedule and a 37.5 hour week, with a salary of £37,000.

You will coordinate HR activities across the employee lifecycle, support managers with HR queries and Employee Relations matters, and help implement a new HR system while ensuring accurate data and a proactive HR service.
