HR Advisor – Development Opportunity in Health Care

United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an HR Advisor to provide professional HR support across a wide range of workforce matters. You will work with managers, staff and Trade Union representatives to promote positive employment relations and staff wellbeing.

You will help deliver the Trust’s Work Well Plan and People Plan, offering guidance on attendance, disciplinary matters and policy interpretation.
