Field Service Technician

The Role: As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, calibrating, installing, and troubleshooting a range of laboratory and industrial equipment at customer sites. This is a field-based role covering an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and calibrate customer equipment to maximise uptime and performance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment faults efficiently.
• Install, commission and qualify new equipment at customer sites.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately in line with GMP and quality standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, ISO9001 and GxP requirements.
• Identify opportunities to support business growth through customer engagement.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills through ongoing training
