Rough-Sleeping Outreach Navigator – Brighton

Change Grow Live in Brighton is recruiting a Navigator Outreach Worker to engage rough sleepers and connect them with healthcare, housing and social support. You will work on outreach to clients with long, complex housing histories, coordinating with Brighton & Hove City Council and partners.

The role requires excellent communication, initiative and timely follow-through, with co-location across services and a fixed-term contract until March 2029.
